Born and raised in India, Yogesh Khandelwal and Leena Madan, an Indian-American entrepreneur couple has achieved the heights of success in the software industry.
Yogesh graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Pune. Later he moved to the U.S for his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo and Ohio State University.
Yogesh has an experience of 17 years and a diverse background in technology across various industries specializing in database customization and implementation. He was named in the prestigious Forty under 40 of Central Ohio in 2013.
Leena Madan graduated in Political Science from Lady Sri Ram College in New Delhi. She pursued Master’s Degree in Communication from Pune University. Leena has also attended the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India.
Leena was one of the nine women to be named as one of the Most Powerful and Influential Women of Ohio by The National Diversity Council in 2013.
How it all started?
Founder and CEO, Yogesh Khandelwal is a man of few words and a perfect diplomat. His idea for geoAMPS was simple – Offer the best technology while forming lasting relationships with clients. Along with Leena Madan, the COO, he has transformed geoAMPS into a multinational company.

In 2011, Yogesh and Leena founded geoAMPS with a mission to establish themselves as the technology leader in the industry. Today, geoAMPS is one of the “Who’s Who” in providing software solutions to the energy industry and managing land rights and infrastructure assets.
Their first product was the powerful and robust rowAMPS software which has grown considerably to encompass land management needs in several industries. With the success of their first product, geoAMPS customized and expanded its software solutions for different industries.

Currently, geoAMPS serves 5 industries that include Oil & Gas, Utilities, Alternative energy, Transportation and E&P. The geoAMPS solution plays a vital role in the growth of these industries.
